Green and Red Pepper Tapas recipe


2 large green bell peppers.
2 large red bell peppers.
6 garlic cloves, sliced.
¼ cup of olive oil.


Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).

Roast the peppers on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Then, turn over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove the peppers from oven and wrap them separately in a paper bag. Set aside and allow to cool.

Once cool, peel the skin off each pepper and remove the seeds.

Slice into half-inch strips.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over low heat. Add the garlic slices. When the garlic is golden brown, add the pepper strips.

Sauté for about 6 minutes.

Serve as desired.
